Our Company

We are a family-owned business, serving the Seattle Metropolitan area since 1998. Founded by George, an Air Force veteran, & Vicki Rinehart, Rinehart Inspection Services LLC is now owned & run by their daughters Juli & Meri. They are joined by an accomplished team of inspectors, all certified by ASHI, and with dozens of decades of experience among them.

Our Staff

Juli Rinehart, Owner & Operations Manager

Juli graduated from Washington State University with a business degree, which she used to start her career in property management. For 15 years she managed and developed high-end residential properties before becoming the operations manager for the family business, to continue the legacy with her twin sister, Meri.

Meri Rinehart, Owner & Lead Inspector

Meri graduated from Seattle University and immediately began inspecting homes with George Rinehart, her father and founder. She was one of the first women to receive a Washington State Inspection license and has 18+ years of experience, including houseboat, dive and dock inspections. In addition, she has conducted clock-hour classes for Realtors and has served in the Army Reserve, Coast Guard Reserve and the National Guard.

Howard Richmond, Inspector

Howard graduated from the University of Washington where he received a degree in business. Over the next 20 years, Howard has been growing a boutique construction company which is mainly focused on multi-family residential renovations. Due to this expertise, it was a natural progress to get his inspection license and join the team as one of our veteran inspectors.

Richard Curtis, Inspector

Richard received his Master’s Degree from Miami University and returned home to the PNW. We recruited Richard as soon as he moved to Washington to do his apprenticeship and inspector training under the guidance of Meri Rinehart. Since joining our team, he has become one of our most requested inspectors for his meticulous attention to details and quick report turn-around.

Mike Kasper, Inspector

Mike moved to the Seattle Area in 1987 after attending Washington State University. Mike has built and sold three companies, one of which was Multi-Unit Assisted living complexes, which he also managed for 19 years. After he sold his last building, he became a licensed home inspector, and has been inspecting homes for the last 5+ years. Mike loves the outdoors and is an avid wake surfer and mountain biker.
